Owners Matt and Mike were both raised in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and are now raising their own families here. As lifelong members of the community, they understand the importance of trust, integrity, and delivering on promises. Their journey began as college roommates at Pittsburg State University, where Mike earned a degree in Construction Management and Matt earned degrees in Business Administration and Economics.

Both had hands-on painting experience before and during college. Starting a professional house painting company in their hometown was a natural next step. With strong work ethic, business knowledge, and a shared commitment to excellence, K&L Precision Painting was born.

In 2021, Toby became a partner and joined the ownership group, strengthening our leadership and ensuring continued growth without sacrificing quality.
